All BGR - Bad Guy Repellent (Aerosol Spray) sales including Byrna DUO are final and not eligible for return.

Defective Equipment

If your item is defective, you have a 365 day warranty, please contact Byrna here and have them fix or replace it via the warranty.

Change of Heart Policy

Order Has Not Shipped Yet

If MFE SelfDefense has not shipped your item yet, please contact us with the order information and you will be refunded in full.

Already Shipped or has arrived

We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Returns of shipped products are accepted if MFE SelfDefense is notified within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.
